Equipment Introduction

EOS M280 is a laser metal powder sintering equipment launched by EOS Gmbh, Germany in 2011, with a molding space of 250x250x325mm; scanning speed 6m/s. Using the advantages of laser powder sintering technology, it has become a mainstream low-carbon, advanced and rapid manufacturing equipment for aerospace, mechanical molds, medical, automotive, consumer goods, electronics and other industries.

Equipment Parameter

Platform size: 250*250*325mm, capable of sintering 4 kinds of metal powder materials: die steel, stainless steel, high temperature alloy steel, titanium alloy. The minimum layer thickness is 0.02mm, and the laser power is 200W.

Equipment Function

The equipment adopts DMLS technology (Direct Metal Laser-Sintering) developed by EOS company for the production of metal parts, which is suitable for rapid prototyping of parts with complex structures.
