Equipment Introduction

The super-depth of field three-dimensional microscopy system is a new type of system that combines stereo and metallographic microscopy techniques to observe the traditional optical microscope due to insufficient depth of field to see the microscopic world. It has a unique ring illumination technology, and is equipped with oblique illumination, transmitted light and polarized light, which can take more subtle and clear photos for scientific research and teaching.

1. The lens group can achieve high-level zoom, which can cover 0-1000 times magnification requirements, and the working distance of the lens is not less than 25mm.

2. The system has the function of quickly suppressing glare and eliminating the strong reflection of the observed object.

3. It can support real-time 2D and 3D picture splicing, and has a 3D synthesis function to make up for unclear images when the depth of field is insufficient.

4. CCD physical pixels are not less than 2.11 million, and have high-definition observation mode; 3CCD clear mode and 54 million high-definition mode.

5. Equipped with dynamic analysis software, ring illumination and diffuse illumination adapter (dark field illumination and in addition to strong light).

Two-dimensional measurement: It has high-resolution size measurement function, which can measure geometric parameters such as distance and angle; it has automatic correction, edge detection, counting, focusing functions and automatic recognition of the current magnification and automatic update of the ruler. 3. 3D profile measurement: It can support 3D modeling and measurement, section profile measurement, 3D volume measurement, etc., with 3D lighting simulation function. 4. It can realize the fastest high-speed recording function of 24000 frames per second, support timed shooting and long-term recording, and the longest time can reach more than 50 hours.
