廖全,男,博士,重庆大学动力工程学院副教授,硕士生导师。近三年作为课题负责人和主研人参与了多项国家自然科学基金项目、重庆市应用基础项目和多项横向课题的研究工作。在国内外学术刊物及学术会议上发表论文10多篇,其中被国际检索机构SCI和EI收录7篇。
